Shipping & Returns
All our jewellery is wrapped in a gorgeous pouch and then is packaged in a bubble wrap envelope so as to reach you in perfect condition. If, in the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit, please contact Jo Wheeler Designs and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Shipping
We aim to ship orders to the UK within 7-14 days from receipt of order. All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation. If an item is temporarily out of stock and/or delivery is anticipated to be greater than that indicated for that item, we will contact you by e-mail to agree a new delivery date or to arrange a refund. We cannot be held liable for any loss or inconvenience you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order. If you have any questions regarding delivery please email us quoting your order number.

Returns
We take pride in the quality of our jewellery and service. If the items you have chosen do not meet with your approval, you can return them to us within 7 days (unworn and in the original packaging please) and we will be happy to exchange the items or refund the cost of the item.  If the goods are delivered damaged, faulty or there has been an error on our part you must inform us within 7 days of delivery. The goods must be posted back to Jo Wheeler Designs immediately and we will arrange a replacement at our expense and refund the cost of postage. It is recommended that you use Recorded Delivery for any returns as refunds are only made on receipt of returned items.  If you do not inform us within 7 days we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. Please note that pierced earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
